Chrysler Sebring in Nigeria
For the 2007 model year, the Sebring was fully revamped and released as a four-door sedan, with a two-door convertible following in mid-2007 as a 2008 model.
The vehicle is a midsize front-wheel-drive sedan that competes against the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Saturn Aura, among others. The Sebring range is distinguished from its popular competitors by the availability of a retractable hardtop convertible. The vinyl or cloth soft tops, as well as the retractable hardtop, are available on the Sebring convertible.
Lineup
The 2008 Chrysler Sebring comes in three trim levels with three engines and is available as a four-door sedan or two-door convertible. Soft tops in vinyl or cloth, as well as a retractable hardtop, are available for the convertible.
The Sebring LX sedan has a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with 173 horsepower and a four-speed automated transmission. A power vinyl soft top is standard on the LX convertible. The front passenger seat is updated with six-way power adjustments, but there is no 60/40-split folding rear seat or power heated side mirrors on the convertible.
The Sebring Touring sedan is available with either a four-cylinder or a V6 engine. The Touring convertible has a comparable set of features. A 2.4-liter inline-four engine and a four-speed automatic transmission are standard on the Sebring Convertible. The Limited is the top of the Sebring drop-top series, with a 3.5-liter V6 engine and a six-speed automated transmission.

Interior
The Sebring Convertible is nearly identical to the Sebring sedan on the inside. Apart from the fact that it only has four seats instead of the sedan's five. The main theme of the Chrysler winged crest is carried throughout the dashboard design. It's a stretch, but it works if you look at it sideways.
The front seats are comfortable if lacking in thigh support. The side and bottom bolsters are designed for those with a lot of weight. It's also worth noting that only drivers have access to manual lumbar adjustment. After less than two hours in the front passenger seat, you may find yourself yearning for even the tiniest amount of lumbar support.
Driving impression
The 2017 Chrysler Sebring Convertible is delightful to drive on a bright day and serves as a normal commuter with a twist.
It isn't, however, a sports automobile. It's 400 pounds heavier than the Sebring car it replaces. That's a significant amount of weight. While the inline-4 in the sedan is rather snappy, the smaller V6 in the convertible seemed to struggle, sounding very busy while not getting anything done. The extra weight comes at a tiny cost in terms of fuel economy, with the inline-4's EPA estimations reducing by only one mile per gallon in both city and highway ratings, and the smaller V6's lowering by only two mpg.
Only the bigger V6 with its somewhat modern six-speed automatic gives the level of performance that many will anticipate in a car with the Sebring Convertible's ambitions today.
Do you want to get yours?
The Chrysler Sebring is available in four-door sedan and two-door convertible body styles, with four-cylinder and V6 engines. The soft tops are comfortable, and the available retractable hardtop is intriguing. Chrysler's devotion to character and quality is reflected in the styling, fit and finish, and ride quality.
In terms of material quality, available technology, and interior space and comfort, the Sebring performs admirably. It doesn't have the best handling, power, or fuel efficiency. If this is your preference, visit Cars45 to order yours.
