Interior

The E-150's interior is modest, as one would expect from a commercial van. To prevent loads from scratching the interior of E-150 Commercial Vans, the floors are vinyl-covered. The second row of seating in front of the cargo compartment, similar to that of a crew cab pickup truck, is also available on Commercial Vans. Up to eight persons can be accommodated in relative comfort in an E-150 Passenger Wagon. A rearview camera, navigation system, and Sirius Satellite Radio are all available on all E-150s.

Depending on the van's configuration and whether it has the 225-hp 4.6-liter or 255-hp 5.4-liter V-8, the E-150 sprints from 0 to 60 mph in 9.0 seconds or 15.0 seconds 4.6-liter engines mated to a four-speed automatic transmission from the 1970s. The E-150's handling isn't great, but like other trucks, it performs better when laden with freight or passengers.
